Too many magic bullets out there to cure this cold, flu, Covid etc., always felt a good immune system is necessary to fight off these germs, so I like vitamin C and zinc to help with this. I like this brand and this particular dosage plus not too heavy with added ingredients. thanks

I’ve been taking zinc 50mg for 35 years along with the other antioxidants. I also exercise. I’m turning 75 and I have the organs as someone half my age. Zinc gets a lot of credit for that.

Zinc needs an ionophore to help it enter cells. It should be formulated with one so you don’t have to also take quercitin or hydroxychloroquine for that purpose. If you take zinc without a helper, it is not very effective.

best value & price that I could find for the 50 mg. strength - apparently this is the preferred version of zinc to be taking - I used to take regular zinc oxide which I will go back to taking if the price gets too high on this one

Have been taking zinc picoliate for decades I Know how it effects me. This particular brand is good but I feel it is severely under-dosed and I know that diet that interfere with zinc absorption

For decades, I have been familiar with Picolinates being preferred and proven forms of mineral compounds for their bioavailability. This Zinc Picolinate 50 mg. capsule is a very nice product. It gives me the potency I want in the form that is considered highly effective and user friendly. I consider Zinc to be a very important mineral to my body and overall health and wellness in a number of different and significant ways. Zinc has proven to be very valuable to me over a long time. I have a lot of confidence in the NOW brand, and Swanson's price is right. Works for me.

I have done my own testing with other products. NOW brand is the right dosage with the best absorption over other brands. The 50 mg dosage is what I need to keep my immune system and my partner's prostate healthy. Zinc Picolinate has been proven to be the most utilized type by our bodies. According to a great deal of reading that I have done in Swanson's catalog, on Swanson's website, and other places online and elsewhere, Picolinate is highly regarded and a preferred form of certain minerals. I have always gotten good results from two other forms of Zinc that I have bought from Swanson Health Products and used regularly over the years. However, I really must say that I can tell I am getting even better results with this Picolinate form of Zinc from NOW Foods. I take the same potency and dosage, 100 mg. at a time both in the morning and at bedtime, whatever form I'm using. Since taking this Picolinate form of Zinc, I truly see an improvement in the areas where Zinc works. Obviously, just like you, I want the best results possible from everything I do and take, and it is significant to me --- it pleases me very much --- to realize improved results. I am having better results from the same dosages of Zinc that I have been taking in other forms all along. Therefore, it is easy for me to recommend this excellent 50 mg. Zinc Picolinate product from NOW Foods. Works for me.
