I've used natural progesterone for 20 years (with my doctor's recommendation). Now Natural Progesterone is as good as any of the much higher-priced products and is an excellent value.

I have tried many crams, this works just as well as the higher priced ones. The scent is very Lavender, so if you like Lavender you will like the smell, I will continue to use this product. Great price.

Product was helping with hot flashes and wasn't having as many. Followed directions on bottle for 1 pump per use and used 1 time per day. Sadly, bottle claims 65 pumps and I was only able to get 21 pumps. Will not use again.

I've been using this for several years and it is a great value because it works and it is inexpensive. It comes unscented, also, but I prefer the lavender scent. The pump eliminates having to measure it. I use it 14 days/month and it lasts 5 months.

This cream works, just as well as the Lavender-scented product previously available from Swanson, but the scent is rather a turn-off for me; not the natural lavender smell I'd expected. It is non-animal-tested and less expensive than some; those are the good points.

I had been buying another brand of progesterone from Swanson and tried this because it was a bit less money. Maybe its just me, but I don't care for the scent of this at all. Won't purchase this brand again because of the scent.
