I bought this a few months back. I am currently on BHRT. I bought this to use as back up when my Rx is running behind and I run out of current meds. This has been a godsend, it helps keep the headaches, night sweats and vertigo at bay till my regular scheduled meds arrive. Definitely will always have on hand. Sometimes I even use it in addition to my BHRT when I need a dosage bump.

Great progesterone cream! I’m in menopause and find this cream really helpful. No fragrance or unhealthy chemicals. I have sensitive skin and have no issues with this cream. It also has the highest dose in a cream that I could find.

Need to keep using as my Progesterone is severely low, even for perimenopause. I no longer have a doc, so this is all I can do to replenish it. Praying it works. Gone through 2 bottles so far, so we'll see.

I am definitely going to reorder. It has help balance the estrogen cream I use. When used together I can get a good balance of my hormones to stop hot flashes and insomnia. My skin immediately looks tighter on my face and neck with in a day. I notice when I miss it, I look dry and tired. I am at 12 months without a period and this has worked wonders to keep me from losing my mind. It can cause headache if you use too much. Experiment with how much works for you.

I have been trying everything under the sun to deal with hot flashes at night- for 8 months I was having them every 30 minutes or so and honestly was getting depressed because of lack of sleep caused by waking up all night. I found this mentioned in a reddit thread and said "why not." On day 4 after starting this I slept thru the night. I thought it was a total fluke but after 2 weeks, I can say, without a doubt! I have 95% less hot flashes at night and I am sleeping SO much better. I am trying to get everyone I know who is dealing with hot flashes to give it a go. Maybe it wont work for everyone but it absolutely is working for me. Whatever the formula is please do not change it.

I bought this about three weeks ago and so far it's been the best progesterone cream I've used. I've use about four different brands over a period of two years and one of them was an expensive mail order subscription. Things I love...it works better for hot flashes, night sweets and mood stabilization. I have found that it has an increased overall calming effect on me. My stress levels seemed to have decreased and I love the smell of the cream. It's clean and odorless. I mean it is odorless. No chemical smell or other ingredient smells coming through.
