Nubian Heritage Age-Defying and Protecting Raw Shea Butter Bar Soap - 5 oz

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This soap smells great, with a soft earthy perfume, very natural. It smells like nature. And you only need very little to foam in your body. Tis experience is comletely new with firm and non liquid sooap.

I loved the original soap so much that I saved the box so I would be sure to re-purchase the correct one. I ran out a year ago but between moving and unpacking, I got behind. I found the old box and it’s the brown box posted with original ingredients. No thanks to the new one! Please bring back the old one.

Nubian Raw Shea Butter bar soap does not have the same fragrance as it used to and does not lather like it used to. Very disappointed.

I've been using this product since the 1990's when it was sold on streets by vendors and this particular Raw Shea Butter bar (also the lotion) is my favorite ~

Being down to my last bar of an order of 20, I went online to order more of my favorite soap EVER. I am so glad I read the new ingredients before I placed an order. They are nothing close to the formula on the box I have. Just one example: Shea Butter was the first ingredient, but now it is the sixth. The previous soap was of very high quality. Now? As several others stated, it is no longer anything special, yet sold at a premium price. I was a long time, loyal customer, but I can no longer support this company or any other company that will lower their standards to such a degree. Updating the packaging while changing the actual product, I find to be deceptive marketing.

Just bring back the original formula and charge more money. The new stuff is trash, the old stuff was my favorite for YEARS. I can't put into words how much I miss the old stuff.

This soap was undoubtly the best soap I had ever use until the change. This is not the same soap I fell in love with. The ingredient list is not the same. I used to wash my face and bath my children in this soap. Our skin glowed. Now it dries out your skin and I wouldn't think about using it on my children or my face. Please bring back the old formula. That is what set your product apart from all the others

I’ve used this soap for a couple years now, and it was by far the Best affordable soap that I’ve come across. It helped me clear acne, prevent acne, AND lighten dark marks in just a few days. Sadly, I was running low and decided to order 6 boxes online because of the lockdown and noticed that there is different packaging and different ingredients. While using the new bar of soap, my face began to burn and become inflamed! It was burning even after I washed it off. I’m not sure why they changed the ingredients, but whatever changes they made are not for me. The old soap was perfect.

I have been in love with this soap for at least twenty years. The fragrance of Frankincense and Myrrh is perfect and it feels so good on my skin.

Smells great and I feel refreshed after using it to shower

I've used this as my daily soap bar for years, but as others have mentioned, the ingredient change is extremely disappointing. This now seems like all the other drug store soaps I avoid with my sensitive skin. I really thought Nubian Heritage was a trusted brand with higher quality, natural ingredients. Now this soap seems like mostly filler ingredients.

I love this soap, but I liked it more before you changed the package ingredients. The soap had a richer smell and lasted longer on your body, wish you would go back to the old ingredients.

This bar of soap is great for cleansing and moisturizing the skin. The fragrance is wonderful too.

I love this soap, but like a few others..it has changed. Ingredients listed are not like before and I'm not happy...if you want to charge more than do it, but don't go the way of all the other store bought soaps...please go back to the old ways...

I've used this soap for years and absolutely loved it until I received my recent order and noticed the new packaging. I also noticed the change in ingredients. I just happen to have the old box and was able to compare. This is no longer a premium organic soap. Its now on the level of all other cheap grocery store soaps, but you're charging premium price. I've been a loyal user and the thanks I get is deception by your lack of disclosure to change your formula.
