I bought 5 of these plus a larger area rug to cover our wood floors to try to protect them. The rug which has little foot traffic still has a good appearance but the difference in the fading without even washing the other rugs is marked and not acceptable after less than a year's use. We washed one of these (once) and line dried it. the rug no longer lays completely flat and has areas that appear bubbled. I replaced it with a new rug and that one will not lay flat, even after a week of being on the floor and walked on. I wish I could return these rugs for a pattern which does not fade away or rub off.

This rug looks nothing like the original photo. This must be like a wish for the original photo idk. All I know is I shipped it to our property manager in Florida which got shipped to our house in Roatan and now I’m stuck with it.

Purchased online and typically for rugs, i like to see/touch in person. So i was hesitant but with a dog and cat, the idea if being able to WASH these was ideal. In the past, i could only spot clean and would end up tossing due to the difficulty cleaning. The odering process was easy and being able to view the rug in your home was a big plus. I could ensure the color/size worked for my space. I ordered 8x10 for living, and matching runner for kitchen. Ordered shipped quickly and arrived early. These are folded which make it easier to handle. There are some fold lines but with time i think these will go away and lay flat. I love these. And will update once i wash and how they hold up.

This rug looks like a cheap/ fake screen print of a fabric. It is terrible! I had my friend come over and look at it because I thought it was a joke. Then when I tried to take a picture to send to customer service, I noticed that it looks "real" in the picture. This was not what I was expecting at all, and now I have to PAY to send it back. This is not a good way to do business at all..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Rug arrived quickly and folded, not rolled. I appreciated how easy it was to transport to where I needed it. I unfolded it and the creases are coming out on their own. The rug does not look very much like the image on the computer. I thought it was various shades of tan and white. I thought the diamond design was woven. In reality, it's as if someone printed out the picture on the computer onto a rug, if that makes any sense. So there are small flecks of other colors - yellow, green - that create the effect. My first reaction was "who ordered this rug?" because it didn't look like what I expected. But it quickly grew on me. We have it under a dining table on a hardwood floor and it looks great. We are not using a rug pad because it wasn't needed - the underside of the rug is grippy. I would definitely buy more RugsUSA Washable rugs in the future.
