A: All Nuun branded products do not contain any nutrients that cannot be consumed by children, and the refreshing taste and sodium may encourage them to drink more water. However, daily requirements for children differ to what’s recommended for adults. Some of our products contain small amounts of caffeine (up to 40 mg per serving for sport and 80 mg per serving for Energy), and these products when consumed in greater quantities may not be suitable for children. We suggest consulting with your child’s physician prior to use.

My go-to with my water!
I'm 48 and perimenopausal; I was getting headaches in the afternoon. My menopause doctor suggested that I add electrolytes to my water during the day, not just during my morning workout. What a gamechanger! I like nuun above the others out there because it tastes GOOD with no fake sugar aftertaste.
