I just recently bought this toy for my dog today. He was already able to chew through it I wanted to try something other than Kong for him, but this was not successful. On to something else besides the kong which can hold up

I would give negative stars if I could. My mom's dog ate the entire red center and one of the white "knuckles" within moments of getting it. She didn't see the VERY teeny, tiny notation on the package that states "center not intended for powerful chewing". I find it extremely misleading to call this a "Power chew" if 75% of it isn't meant to be chewed.

My two wire fox terriers love this chew. I have found they really like the knobby ends on chew toys the best.

My 9 months puppy tear it appart in only 2 weeks. All the red part broke into peaces that she hates. Power chew..... i'm not so sure about it. Very sad I didn't find the strength in the Nylabone toys.

My mini Shark 55 pound pittie, ate thru this one in a day, like almost all of the other toys. In his defense, there is only one toy that has ever lasted, the Super size dumbbell that Nylabone makes, my guy has eaten thru real antlers so that's what i'm dealing with, there are none that hold up except the dumbbell and that's really thick. This was a great shape and size for him and I imagine if he wasn't the extreme chewer he is, ....it would've lasted awhile.

Little pricey but both my Scotties loved this toy as a pup. The older used to throw it around and it slides easily on a tile / wood floor. The only heads up I would give is that my younger one tends to chew on just one end, She actually broke the piece off last week so watch closely to make sure if one of yours displays this behavior you catch it before they can break a piece off and possibly. The rest of the bone is still good. Just throw the piece away and a happy camper they still will be.

I only buy Nylabone for my two mixed Labs because they are such strong chewers. I have never had an issue but one of them destroyed this item; I don't watch them with Nylabones because they have always withstood their chewing. Tonight, I find what's left of this item in 3 separate pieces. I am praying she did not swallow a big piece of it.

Purchased this item, as it had a power chewer rating. Held up for a couple of days, before my dog (shepherd lab cross) got into it and I had to take it away so he wouldn't eat the little plastic bits.
I would buy this product again!

Hubby and I were out xmas shopping for our girls and he picked up this bone. So far our girl loves it! She's a 1 yr old German Sheppard/huskey/lab who loves to chew and tare this up, tonight we came home to a hole in our 2 month of sofa! Anyhow she still got an early xmas gift to keep her away from our furniture andshe's absolutely loving it! Was $ well spent! We will definitely be looking for other Nylander for her :)
