NYX Professional Makeup Buttermelt Glaze Skin Tint with SPF 30 - 1.01 fl oz

I was in the market for a tinted sunscreen and saw the great reviews for this so I was hopeful… but I’m not loving it. I found a shade that works for me, but there is no coverage at all and it is very streaky when trying to blend with both fingers or a brush. It also doesn’t look great when layered with other higher-coverage products on top. I will be returning, unfortunately.

I like the look of this but if I get even the tiniest bit near my eyes it BURNS like crazy for quite literally 20+ minutes. I have never had this problem with any other skin cream, foundation or tint. I would love to use but cannot.

After trying this skin tint, I can say this will be something I will reach for often this summer! I love that it’s SPF 30 so I can feel comfortable going out knowing I’ve covered the sunscreen part of my makeup. It’s very comfortable on the skin, it applies flawlessly and it’s overall just such a soft, glowy tint nothing extreme!

The coverage is just perfect—not too heavy, but enough to even out my skin tone beautifully. It feels lightweight on my skin and gives a natural, radiant finish that lasts. I love how it hydrates my skin without making it oily. It is the first skin product that I've purchased that has matched my skin color perfectly! I loved this tint and how it looked on my skin, and my shade match was absolutely perfect, but I have sensitive skin, and after using it my face developed red splotches all over that hurt and itch really bad and it took a couple days for my skin to be back to normal.

Love that I can do both a subtle and bold look. The texture is smooth, and they blend well with fingers, brushes, or sponges. Overall, NYX tint are great for a fresh and flushed look

Everything I’m looking for in a skin tint. Makes my skin feel like nothings on it but makes it look great. I have slight redness, this product helps me get a more even skin tone. Doesn’t burn or make my skin feel greasy

Nyx - PLEASE PLEASE come out with more light medium and medium with NEUTRAL undertones! i love the formula i just cant do any of the shades available. More neutral please!

Perfect match to even out my skin. Feels Dewey and youthful. I personally would prefer it to have spf 50 but appreciate the niacinamide in the formula

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Buttermelt Glaze Soft Glow Skin Tint SPF 30 is pretty good! I got the shade Toffee Butta which unfortunately was much too dark for my skin. However because it has sheer coverage and blends very well I was able to blend it in to create a nice fake glowing tan look. I think this will be wonderful in the summer to use as a bronzer! Best of all is that it doesn’t have that usual sunscreen smell but rather a more pleasant and subtle coconut scent. This will be perfect on days at the beach and summer hikes when I don’t like to wear much makeup and will still get the protection of SPF. I didn’t experience any white cast, didn’t get a greasy look, and I didn’t experience the dry patchy look others have mentioned. I do have combination skin that tends to lean more towards greasy than dry and I would use serums and hydrating face lotion before applying this, but I normally do that anyways. I like the shape and size of the squeeze bottle and the nozzle applicator it has. Since it’s darker than my skin I don’t need much to blend in for that nice dewy glow. I tested it on my hand to see how well it held up and it does seem to last a long time and is somewhat water resistant too! I cannot wait to try it on my face once the sun comes out and the rest of my skin gets more of a natural glow!

I bought this today. Let me just say it's the bomb. I have mature skin and the consistency of this is very moisturizing. I used it for a skin tint this morning but tonight going out, I decided to use as an undereye concealer, brightener. OMG ladies over 50 please run to the store and buy this. its amazing. going for the blurring primer next!...

This stuff is so patchy and gross. It’s impossible to blend. I’ve tried it with so many different primers/moisturizers and tools and nothing helps. I can’t even use it as a sunscreen under other foundations because it still looks so bad. I hate it
