Q: Can you twist it up? I had broken the tip of it and now have no idea how to get more product out.

A: No doesn’t twist, put the pencil end into a sharpener and start twisting. Both the plastic outer container and eyeliner product will peel away (apparently the plastic is designed to be sharpened down simultaneously I read online). Very odd but worked for me

A: Hi there! Despite the plastic-coated appearance of the Epic Wear Liner Stick, it can be sharpened with a cosmetic sharpener. Our NYX Dual Sharpener would be a great product to use! For best results, turn the pencil gently in the sharpener 3 or 4 times, being careful not to apply excess pressure. After sharpening, remove all shavings from the blade edge. Your sharpener should be replaced whenever the blade has dulled and is no longer giving the expected results. xoxo

Q: The stick does not glide on easily for me. I have sharpened the tip and still it does not glide easily. Virtually I get nothing out of using the stick. Am I doing something wrong?

Perhaps I got some old liners but both the pink and purple shades were very dry and would not soften enough to apply to eyes even when warmed up. Upon trying to sharpen them to get down into the pencil, thinking that would be less dried out, I found that they would not smoothly sharpen at all, leaving jagged plastic pencil bits right at the liner tip. Extremely disappointed as I usually like this brand.

I was looking for a white eyeliner to try out, and I just don't like this one. It's not very smooth, it looks powdery on my eye almost... I'm not sure, it's just a little bizarre. Definitely doesn't budge though! I tried to wipe it off or fix it... Couldn't :) Maybe the other colors are better!

Love the color but hate the stick. Will not allow any sharpening, plastic is too hard. When you try to sharpen the plastic breaks off and leaves sharp edges so you cannot use rest of product. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The pigmentation is EVERYTHING! The packaging is the same exact color as the pencil itself which to me is a big deal so I know for sure the color. The application is very easy and so smooth.

The formula stays on as a tightline or on lid without smudging. I love the color gunmetal hlaze and have several as backup. The color add very fine flecks of glitter and flattering for day or night. Applies like high end but very affordable. I will purchase other colors

No pigment at all. Even after warming it up, you have to press really hard to get any color to show up on your skin. Which you can do on the back of your hand, but not on an area as delicate as your eyes.

Love the Deepest Brown color. I forgot that you can’t sharpen this with an eye liner sharpener because it breaks. I don’t use a razor when sharpening my eye liner pencils, but, if you use a razor, then you’d have no problem.

Photos are misleading it shows a cool matte dark brown. This was a warm light brown with glitter chunks in it. It was so patchy and I would go and return it but im lazy.

Once they're dull, they're IMPOSSIBLE to sharpen. And it dulled after 2 uses. It also does not go on very smoothly. Almost like it's dry and you need to take a lighter to it to warm it.

Loce the color but...Takes forever to get color to "stick" and hurts to put on as wood around color part hurts even after sharpening. Will look for a self sharpening kind!
