I’ve bought this eyeliner 5 times in the last 2 months and all have been completely dried out!!!! I’ve purchased from 3 different retail stores in hopes 1 would be good and unfortunately they were not. This only happened since last year. Please help me to find a compatible eyeliner

I have been using the product for years. Was so excited when it was brought back. But recently all the ones I’ve bought have been completely dried out and unusable. I have bought 5 eyeliners from 3 different store over the past 4month and all have been unusable. This is absolute ridiculous. There is zero quality control.

It’s been 7 of the once beloved matte eyeliners and every single time they are dried out and clumpy. It seemed to be a bad batch sent to multiple stores in my area but after waiting for months and trying again, I’m still disappointed and wasting money. I waited for years for this eyeliner to come back and it was great when it first did and now it’s absolutely terrible. In general I love NYX products and I’m sad to have wasted so much time and money in hopes of literally like the most favored eyeliner ever, being back to perfect.

Should’ve looked up the reviews before I purchased. All of the one star reviews are exactly how this product comes. It’s so dry and comes out in globs. The formula is an absolute disaster. It’s not even a liquid on the brush, just super dry globs.

This used to be MY FAVORITE eyeliner for years. I’ve been using it before since before they discontinued it, brought it back, and sadly now the death of it again smh. I recently purchased about 6 of these because I needed to restock my inventory because this is the only liner I use. I opened one and it was totally dry. I thought it might’ve been a one off so I opened another and it was the same thing, anything that would come out the tube was like globs of tar. I opened each tube of liner and they’ve all have the same issue- dry and globs of tar. How disappointing and what a waste of money! I’ve been racking my brain about this and finally decided to come on the site to read the reviews and I’m shocked to hear everyone having the same issue. NYX please explain to us what’s going on and please remedy the issue. I now have to find a new brand for eyeliner smh.

I bought this because I was told it’s super pigmented, and does not budge. I bought one and it was so thick I had to glob it on. I shook it for a long time, stirred the brush around and it was still very thick like tar. I check other ones and one was so dry nothing came out and another one was just as thick as mine. Looking at reviews on here I see that it definitely shouldn’t be like that. I had really high hopes and I hope it gets changed back to what it was supposed to be. This is horrible!

I used to LOVE this eyeliner but the product has been terrible for my past few purchases. I bought the black one yesterday and opened it this morning to find it was completely dry, to the point there was no product on the brush. I'm skeptical there was even the correct amount of product as the tube felt much lighter than my (used) white version.

I use to love this product so much!! It never disappointed me and I would recommend it to my friends and family. Lately though this product has been so disappointing. Ever since they brought it back every single one that I’ve purchased are completely dry. I cannot find one eyeliner that is not dried up and I’m so over it. I hate that I have to find another matte eyeliner when I’ve been rocking with the same one for years. I hope NYX can fix the issue or formula. Please save your money and time and don’t buy this product.

I’ve been using this eyeliner for years but the quality recently has been terrible. Have purchased three tubes from three separate retailers and they’re all awful. Super clumpy and coagulated. Sad because this was my go to. Extremely dissatisfied with nyx.
