It tastes like if someone tried to replicate the Chick-fil-A frozen lemonade from memory. It’s not chalky, a little too frothy but I’m glad it’s not a chore to drink l: that’s 5 stars in my book. It’s cheaper than other lemonade/protein shake alternatives I’ve seen online. It’s needs to be mixed with something to take it from Great to Gotta Have It (lemon juice? Raspberries? Still figuring it out)

This is the perfect alternative to the traditional milky proteins out there. Do not sleep on this brand. It mixes well and tastes great. The Frosty Lemonade(the other flavors are as well) is so good. While it mixes easily with just water and a shaker cup for a quick post workout drink, my favorite way to drink it is blended with frozen mango. The non-sale price can seem a bit steep per serving, but, if you think about it, you will pay more for a fancy drink everywhere else and this is a good base for some at-home treats!

I’m not a huge fan of this flavor but it’s not bad either. It gives off Minute Maid zero sugar lemonade vibes or even the Simply lemonade. I usually mix it with green tea for an extra energy boost and to tame the flavor down a bit.

Tastes like lemon pledge - after it foams from mixing like other clear proteins but will settle down. If you add Splenda or other sweetener and lemon juice it will be more palatable

I know clear protein drinks are usually mixed with water… but I tried mixing this with milk and it literally tastes like a frosted lemonade from chic fil a! Using 14oz of milk was perfect. I don’t know if the type of milk I drink effected how good it was, so just in case- I drink Mootopia Milk from HEB

That fact that it foams up icked me out. It also tastes superrrrr artificial. I guess if you really, really hate milky protein shakes it might be for you but I wouldn’t recommend it.

Sometimes a quick re-shake after a minute or two can be all it takes to break up unwanted clumps and foam. Try the "Shake, Wait, Re-Shake" method! Just shake your protein with a whisk in a BlenderBottle, let it sit for a minute, then shake again before drinking. This is insanely good. I never thought a clear protein could be good, let alone taste phenomenally indulgent. What kind of sorcery is this?! I do wish the macros on this were more like other clear protein options, AND I don’t even care. I need this in my life all the time. Maybe someday I will try other Oath flavors, and until then, this is an absolute staple in my pantry.
