2 Sometimes a quick re-shake after a minute or two can be all it takes to break up unwanted clumps and foam. Try the "Shake, Wait, Re-Shake" method! I have been using protein shakes to get my recommend protein intake. The problem was for me that I am not a huge choclate person so when I found these I thought why not? It was the best choice. This tastes just like blue ice pop. I read reviews so I amke this in a 30 floz cup. I put the powder in then about 3 cups warm/hot water and let it dissolve then add ice and cold water and it is perfect!

This tastes like a rocket popsicle. I usually dislike artificial flavors, but I really don’t mind this because of the nostalgia. I do wish it was 3rd party tested so I can be confident that it doesn’t have any suspicious ingredients. Hopefully the brand will do that soon. 20 grams of protein for 110 calories is crazy good. I don’t think I’ll buy more until it’s 3rd party tested.

I'm sure the benefits are great, but I hate drinking a nasty protein. I wouldn't recommend this flavor, it lowkey tasted like vomit.... I'd recommend the pina colada flavor instead!!!

Tastes very much like a melted blue slushy, which is unfortunately a bit too sweet for me. No aftertaste and I used room temperature water to dissolve it then added ice afterwards, and no issues. Texturally it was smooth and very slightly creamy, like a pink drink from Starbucks. If you really love blue raspberry slushes you'll probably love this stuff but I'll be sticking to the strawberry kiwi.

The first whey protein I actually enjoy the only issue, lile many others have said, is it doesn’t mix well. I probably had to shake my bottle for a good 20 mins on and off to get it to where the majority of it was dissolved and there was still some clumps here and there that wouldn’t dissolve no matter what. Love the taste compared to other proteins lile chocolate or vanilla. Will give it another try with a different method

I don't see how people can like this flavor - I only used half a packet and was overwhelmed. Also, super hard to mix. It stuck to an electric mixer and foamed up. I tried to shake it and it was still clumpy. Blech.
