I have extremely fine hair and this product weighed my hair down. It made my hair feel greasy and took a couple of days to clear my hair completely of the product. I personally would not use this product again.

A little goes a long way, just make sure to distribute evenly and focus mainly on your roots. I blow dry my hair upside down after applying, and it gives me a nice little lift with minimal effort. The only downside for me is the scent. I find it a little too "perfume-y", and wish they made an unscented version. Other than that, I'm pretty pleased.

This volumizing foam unfortunately did pretty much absolutely nothing to volumize my hair. My hair seemed more flat in the back than usual. No matter how much or little I used there wasn't really a difference. I used it with the matching shampoo and conditioner constantly for over a month too.

Didn't do much when used before just air drying. Not sticky to the touch. Doesn't leave a greasy appearance. Unfortunately, I think you would have to use way more product than recommended to achieve heat protection.
