[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to use OGX all the time but due to the on going lawsuit, I was a bit wary. I used this conditioner anyways and it wasn’t that bad. It smelled really good actually but I don’t notice a huge difference in using it. I would actually use drugstore brands more but I’m glad I tried this one out!

Love this conditioner. My hair feels very silky after. Pretty good at detangling. My hair feels less dry after using and I think it’s worth it compared to more expensive products. Packaging is good for preventing drips and leaks.

Loved the smell of this product. When in the shower it made my hair tangle free and very smooth! I did notice that with my thick hair it made it feel heavier and almost felt like a residue left on my hair.

I love the results when using the shampoo and the conditioner. However, the conditioner is nearly impossible to dispense from the rigid bottle.You need to use both hands and squeeze very hard, dispense it onto a surface and then scoop it into your hand to apply. Very poor bottle design.

If someone told me that this is an expensive high end product, I would've believed it right away since it delivers the same results as the really expensive conditioners I've tried! The packaging is very attractive. The conditioner texture is light and it smells really good!

I’ve got quite thick hair naturally and the duo seemed to leave a weird texture to my hair that I wasn’t a fan of. The scent is kind of nice though, It reminds me of one of the first bath and body works scents (Twilight Woods) I had become obsessed with. While it’s not my vibe scent wise anymore the memories coming back in the shower was kind of fun.

Biotin is My favorite series from ogx. My hair feels healthy and stronger and the conditioner smells so good and elegant. The package makes it easy to squeeze out the conditioner. But i only got them on sale because they’re kinda pricy

I really like OGX Biotin & Collagen Full Body Conditioner because it adds noticeable volume and makes my hair feel soft without weighing it down. The smell is nice and not too strong, which I appreciate. It’s definitely great for thicker or coarser hair, but I could see it being too heavy for finer hair. I’ve noticed my hair looks fuller and more hydrated, but I do wish it didn’t have silicones, as I’m not a huge fan of buildup. Overall, it’s a solid conditioner for adding some extra body to your hair!

I quite like this conditioner, it smells really pleasant, but not overpowering. I also feel like it makes my hair stronger. I can't necessarily feel that it makes my hair more voluminous because I already have so much hair and my hair is already huge. I also like the packaging since you have to squeeze a good amount to get it out but it also doesn't overflow or drop so it feels like I have good control

I beg all of you do NOT buy this it ruined my hair I used it with the ogx keratin shampoo and I regret it so much thankfully I realised that it was making my hair fall out before it was too late

I don’t find it to be super moisturizing, but lightweight for my thin hair. I can’t testify for hair strength, but I do find the conditioner to be hydrating and moisturizing.
