Love the quality of the materials used in making the shears. I love the way that they are constructed and and that they are very sharp and they are Spring loaded.

Excellent product. Makes cutting through chicken bones a breeze. I have tried several other types of kitchen/poultry shears and none of them come close in performance as these. Easily cuts through the back bone to spatchcock a chicken. Would give 5 stars, but they don’t disassemble for cleaning, (assuming because they are spring loaded). Not a major issue just need to be diligent in cleaning so have to give 4 stars.
