Q: Is the box supposed to have a safety seal or plastic wrap around the box? I did an online order for store pickup and the cream was in a box that anyone could open and the inner plastic lid was not in place when I unscrewed the jar.

When I got this, I incorrectly assumed it has SPF in it, but it doesn’t. It did cause irritation and redness, but that could have been from the sun. I don’t want to have to use a separate SPF.

This is perfect moisturizer for my skin. I only use an oil cleanser, regular cleanser, (sometimes a BHA for my dry skin) and an SPF. my skin was needing more of an oil based moisturizer as opposed to a humectant since I think the BHA was really helping with the flakiness, but my skin was stripped of oil in places and feeling tight. I use this every evening and in the morning if I don’t go outside and use an SPF. It works great- not too thick, and not too thin. No casting, piling or greasiness.

I do have oily skin, but as I have gotten older, my skin is not that oily like it use to be When I used this on my face, it was like a cesspool of oil. I can't imagine using this stuff under my makeup. It would have been sliding off my face.

This cream made me break out so much and i do not have sensitive skin. It does not moisturize for me. It kinda feels sticky too i don’t like it i will be returning. I usually use the purple one and thought to try this one. Big mistake because now i have painful breakouts.

This product is very satisfying to put on- you can literally feel the hydration of your skin more than with the average lotion. However, I have learned to only put it on during my night routine. When I tried to wear it as part of my morning routine, my make up looked streaky and bizarre. I like the feel of my skin after using but it doesn’t absorb. It leaves a white film and then balls up when I try to rub it in. Got it 50% off thankfully because if not I’d be upset. I can’t imagine trying to wear this under makeup or during the day. I’ll probably just use it at night to get through the jar and not purchase again.

There are different factors that can contribute to what's known as "piling", which is moisturizer balling up on the surface of your skin or flaking when using a moisturizer. The best way to prevent this in the future is to apply the moisturizer to clean, dry skin. Piling and flaking can be caused by using too much moisturizer or by rubbing it in too hard. Try using a little less product and try patting it onto your ski instead of rubbing it in. Since you're using a cream, it might be too much moisture. I’ve used other play moisturizers and noticed no change. This one had great reviews so I wanted to try it. It’s been 3 weeks and I’ve had several huge, red, painful pimples. I haven’t had breakouts in years and it’s happened several times now. I have not noticed any benefits.

Have used OoO Original Regenerist intermittently for 5 years. Second time trying fragrance free. Disliked both, as they seemed dry out my skin with no noticeable improvements, like with red jar. Even the red jar whip is much better than this one.

Wanted to love this cream, the eye cream version is great and I’m on my 2nd rebuy. This could honestly be a lot more moisturizing, and it never fully absorbs into the skin. Leaves a weird white cast and if I try to rub it in, the product just moves instead of melting in. I’ve had to mix it with an oil to make it fully absorb which is annoying. When I bought it I immediately threw away the box (which I’d normally save for a little bit when I’m using a new product) but i thought this cream would be a no brainer. Might just use it on my body to get rid of if. My face also burns after using it depending on what other products I used before it. Currently shopping for other moisturizers to use at night that are much gentler and moisturizing for my skin.

Keeps my skin hydrated/ feeling refreshed, with no oily feeling left behind. I was very surprised to see how fast this worked. It removed 2 wrinkles in my frown line and also helped a ton with the dark circles under my eyes. Well worth the money.
