This is the sixth time this has happened, but we have bought the refried black beans and in the can has been NOT. BLACK. BEANS. 1 out of the last 7 cans we have purchased have been the actual black beans. The rest have been red beans. And i am so mad.

I love refried beans and black beans, so this is the best of both worlds. They taste better than any canned refried beans I have ever had. When I want a bean burrito for breakfast, lunch or dinner, these are my go-to.

The new recipe is too much of a puree or a paste. It is too thin. Needs to be a similar consistency as the old recipe. Also lacks flavor compared to the old recipe.

Just bought the "new recipe" All I can say is it had so much onion powder it almost caused me to cry..(Yes I am exaggerating. But just a little) I could smell the onion powder over everything else they need a better balance. I get it for the bean taste not the onion taste.
