When I first bought this peel, I thought I would have to get a wooden one to help with sliding the pizza dough into the oven. However, I did not know how to use it properly. Tips for use: 1. Put the peel into the refrigerator. 2. Pull it out right before you need it. 3. Coat it with flour to rid it of moisture. 4. Add a bit more flour. 5. You can put the prepared dough on peel and prep it right before you put it in the oven.

I love the long handle and the fact that pretty much any size pizza can be placed on this Pizza Peel! Nomore trying to fit the pizza on a plate to slice or slicing it in the counter! The best part is that it folds, so putting it away isn't so bulky and awkwardly shaped! Genius idea.

This is a wonderful kitchen tool that is made with sturdy heavy duty aluminum. So easy to safely place the pizza in and out of the oven. We have also discovered that it is great to use for baking breads, vegetables and some pastries. Cooks evenly and perfectly. Since the handle swivels it makes it perfect for easier storage. Satisfied customer.

But, don’t love the burned fingers from trying take a pizza from the oven. Or how about trying to balance it on two spatulas and trying not to drop it! Well those days are over. The Honey-Can-Do 12" Folding Pizza Handle is all I will ever need! This little wonder is has saved me from burning my fingers and dropping my pizza. It is just the right size to fit in my oven and air frier! It assembles quickly and looks to be made of quality materials. I love the fact that I can take the handle off and place it in my dishwasher without taking up a lot of space. No more dropped pizza! No more burned fingers! I highly recommend this to anyone who makes, eats or enjoys pizza.

The long handle that folds in is nice and convenient for putting the pizza in the oven. I don’t have to worry about burning myself while putting in the back of the oven. The peel itself is sturdy and well-made.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love pizza night at our house, and this makes it really easy to put in, and take out pizza! We used to have multiple pans, spatulas, etc going on, struggling to not drop pizza! I love this little pizza peel! It is lightweight, but sturdy, as long as you tighten the knob. Another great thing about it is that you can loosen the knob to fold the handle in to make storage easier-and less space wasting! One thing Id recommend is cornmeal, if using a fresh pizza crust, as the stickiness can cause issues! Just sprinkle some on the peel first and it slides off, into the oven much easier!
