When I first bought this peel, I thought I would have to get a wooden one to help with sliding the pizza dough into the oven. However, I did not know how to use it properly. Tips for use: 1. Put the peel into the refrigerator. 2. Pull it out right before you need it. 3. Coat it with flour to rid it of moisture. 4. Add a bit more flour. 5. You can put the prepared dough on peel and prep it right before you put it in the oven.

I make a lot of homemade pizza and instead of using a tray all of the time I can make a pizza pie and put it directly on the racks for a crispier crust. The peeler is sturdy and I have zero issues with pushing and pulling my pie out of the oven.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We absolutely love this pizza peel. The fact that is folds for storage is what sold us. It’s large but has a smaller space foot print when the handle is folded into itself. It has also made getting pizzas out of the oven a breeze.

I think pizza is the best served on a big pizza peel. Really brings something to the table. Totally recommend if you in the market for a pizza peel.

It goes below the pizza smooth and is strong enough to hold a large pizza! The handle is foldable so you can store it easily. Very nice product and would also make a great housewarming gift!

It makes it easy to get your pizza out. I got the 14” which is huge. Best used for an oven. I’m going to get the smaller one for the air fryer. Super easy to put together and clean.

I have used it for the oven pizzas I am removing from the oven and the grill and had no issues with either.the handle is a great design where it swings in when u screwed in order to store easier! Very easy to wash! I recommend to everyone.
