Q: Why did my gummy’s arrive black

A: OLLY uses colors derived from natural sources (e.g. fruits and veggies) in our gummies. Natural colors are less stable than artificial colors, meaning they are more likely to darken over time. It is common for our gummies to start out a light pink or orange, and within 6-8 months turn to dark purple or brown. This color change does not affect the safety or efficacy of the product, although we understand that it does not make for an ideal visual product experience. Rest assured, our Product Development Team is aware of this issue and actively working on finding more stable alternative natural color sources. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange at the retailer that it was purchased from. I can already tell a difference after using them for almost a week. The only problem I have with them is the flavor. It is gross. Peach flavor needs to be replaced. I have to take other Olly gummies before taking the collagen gummy rings to help diffuse the peach taste from the collagen gummies. I use several of your products and have loved the results and flavors. This one needs a flavor change immediately. Not sure if the results are worth the gross taste therefore not sure if I will be reordering this product.

There’s only a 30 day supply and you have to take two per day so this only lasts 15 days at $23 apiece. That’s $46 a month for these when they used to be $15 apiece. These just aren’t worth it anymore. There are other brands that have larger quantities for cheaper, and have the same quality

Omg! Please don't ever change the ingredients in this product! Not only are these delicious and are helping improve my skin, but they are incredible combined with the keep it moving gummy for my chronic constipation. I have been dependent on daily enemas for the past 10 years with how bad my constipation is, but ever since taking the keep it moving and then the collagen gummies afterwards, my constipation has improved significantly! I think the combination of maltitol and fructoligosaccharides in the collagen rings is what does it. So much so that I'd even suggest making a keep it moving 2 with those ingredients. I notice I don't have as much luck when I take just the keep it moving alone. Please don't ever change the ingredients in this product, it is my lifeline!

You’d think for twenty dollars they would give you more than a two week supply. If you’re the type of person that would want to use a daily collagen supplement then this product probably isn’t for you, especially if you’re trying to get the most bang for your buck. If you wanted to take collagen supplements every day Olly unfortunately expects you to pay over fourty dollars a month to do so. In my opinion that’s a lot for a supplement product.

Have purchased in the past, but this bottle left me very disappointed. I feel as though I’m trying to chew through an old rubber band. I chew and chew and chew. The texture is difficult to get down.

They’re sticky. The texture is like stale licorice. They’re hard to chew. The taste is disgusting. They were all clumped together in the bottle I got at drive up. I’ve had the Olly metabolism rings and loved them. I assumed these would be similar but they are not at all. Returning. Yuck.

Between my last order of these supplements and now they have CUT the gummie in half thru the middle (like a bagel) BUT left all of the nutrition info on the panel the same like these gummies arent HALF the size they used to be. You'd have to eat FOUR to get the nutrients that used to be in TWO. I don't know how stupid Olly thinks people are but...clearly this economy is hittin everyone. Just don't be a whole liar and pretend like it isnt.

I love these collagen gummy rings and have been purchasing them for at least a year. Unfortunately, recently the recipe has changed and the rings are smaller, chewier (in a bad way) and taste awful. I also question if there is truly the same amount of collagen as before. It's too bad. Will start buying again if they revert back to the original recipe, it's very easy to see the difference visually.

These taste and smell horrendous. I can usually push through a vitamin that doesn’t taste great, but these literally make me feel nauseous. These are the worst gummy vitamins I’ve ever tasted, would not recommend.
