These work like magic though. I’ve tried many other brands with similar ingredients that did nothing, but for whatever reason this blend of ingredients just works. They’re slower to kick in than a prescription sleeping pills, but I take about 45min before bed and am asleep within 15min of laying down. Highly recommend.

It allows me to sleep through the night without waking up, and not wake up groggy. Lots of sleep aids have a drowsy hangover effect the next morning and these do not. I wake up rested and refreshed.

I tried many things; Ashwaganda, Melatonin, other sleep supports.I am not entirely sure why, but THIS product has had me sleeping soundly, deeply, and for at least 6-7 hours every night, ever since the first time I used it.
