This is the best Omega 3 with highest amount of DHA/EPA and so affordable. This helped my son in first grade and my 7 yr old nephew focus with just one per day. Before kids learn how to swallow, just poke with a push pin and squirt into yogurt or just into mouth directly. It’s the food our brain needs. BioSchwartz is a fantastic brand. I also take their B-complex.

I started taking this 1 yr ago, I have an irregular heart beat, it was getting off on a regular basis, sense taking this, it has smooth out, if I happen to forget to take it for a couple days it will get off again. Very happy with it!!
