I purchased 6 sets of replacement pads for my units. After 3-4 uses the gel started lifting at the bottom. Omron did replace 2 sets, however they have the same lot number and dates as the bad ones. I’m afraid I have all bad sets. Tonight another pad had its get goopy after using. Love the units, original pads were great but replacement pads are not of good quality.

I needed new pads. they are wonderful and durable ... i just wish they would come with a holder like the orignal product comes with.

I bought the kit with controller for my wife a number of years ago. It helped her for a little while, but she didn't really like it. Then this year I started using it for my back, I have arthritis in my back. The pads seemed not to stick as much as they used to, so I ordered new ones. Then I read how to clean the original pads & they worked better. So as yet I haven't used the new ones but I now have them.

I purchased one used it for about a year and half and loved it. Then it stopped working so i bought another same model. After i got new one home i took the new wires and plugged it into my old unit and it worked. So it wasn't the unit it was the wires. Now after 8 months of using it same thing.

It literally helped me to enjoy our flights to and from our destination, and all the sightseeing we did. Having so many settings choices helps very much too.

It fits in a plastic sandwich box and takes up little room. Better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it. By the way, it is very cost effective.

I have been using the Omron Tens Unit that takes these pads for over a year. It gets me through the painful parts of my day. My pain management team is trying different things to eliminate the pain, but they don't work very long. So I am thankful I have these to fall back on.
