**Not 9x12, measured at 8'8" x <12** with weights holding the rug flat, minus 1 star since the item information says otherwise in several places. Minus another star since it will require me to cut my rug pad to fit, making the rug pad the wrong size for future rugs that are a true 9x12. Minus other star for overall quality, while the pile is generously measured at 0.5 inches (strands sticking up and not smoothed in any way), the thickness of the fibers is loose enough to still feel cheap. At this price point of under $300 (sale) no one expects luxury, but my first reaction was disappointment. Had I known about the sizing issue I would have skipped this product entirely. Otherwise the design is true to the photos and delivery was smooth.
