    Darker Than Pictured

    Beautiful Blue

    As soon as I saw this in the store (and there are SOOO many choices of styles and colors), I knew it was mine. It will fit perfectly in my gray shag rug/light blue walls. It's very sweet and feminine, and with my brass bed and flowery comforter, it's a great connection and find. I've purchased rugs from Rugs.com for a few years and love every one of them. They are so chunky and elegant and to me, priceless. Even the washable mats. I've spread the word among my family and they are all store clients too! Thank you once again for your many perfect store collections--I'm very happy and satisfied.

    Ehhh i wouldn’t have purchased this in real life. The brown is more of a Hershey chocolate not the pretty brown in the picture. The only reason i don’t return it is because i don’t have the free time to deal with it.

    Pretty neutral rug

    This rug was a pleasant surprise. It arrived folded, which was not ideal, but rolling the rug for a couple hours before placing it in the room, then using corner rug stickers helped flatten it out. It's beautiful in my daughter's bedroom ... very soft. It's not a super thick rug, but that's not what I expected.

    Great rug, questionable packaging.

    Looks great! Gave 4 stars only because it was folded like a blanket when it arrived, which caused many deep creases that were difficult to get out. Would've been much better if it was rolled up (rather than folded).

    Great for protecting our wood floors!

    We purchased the fume gray in 2x8 and 2x10 runners for our hallways, and will likely order a third for behind our couch. We are first time homeowners and higher end wool rugs are out of our budget, so these were a great option. The fume gray colorway pairs nicely with the Charlotte rug in rust, which we have in the living room. We purchased rug pads elsewhere, which I would definitely recommend. Rugs came rolled, not folded like some of our larger orders from this site. We still ironed them on the backside with the iron on medium low and a piece of cotton muslin fabric in between the iron and rug back.

    Just what I was looking for!

    I wanted to replace a rug that I have had for a long time, because I am updating my decor and wanted more neutral colors. I had previously bought a rug from this site, for that area. It was smaller than advertised and just didn't fit. They made the return process very easy. This new rug is sized as advertised and fits the space perfectly. The colors are as shown on the website...off-white and light grey tones. I love it!
