I did this with my nephew last weekend and I am super impressed that they had such well thought out lessons and crafts in a kids toy. I expected some superficial tips to manage anxiety like "picture a happy place" but it really dove into why people feel anxious and real tips to deal with it in super light and interesting ways
Awesome to overcome back-to-school jitters.

My kiddo has never looked forward to the first day of school, and they have been in full panic mode since we told them they would be going back to school in the fall after a few long years of homeschooling/virtual learing. We got them this box and a few books about kids nervous about school, and they really worked wonders. The books were ok, but they responded really well to the box since they watched me do all the activites right along side them. Adults get anxious, kids get anxious, and that's ok!
Great activities inside!

I got my kids this and the anger box since they love the movie inside out and have been really curious about their emotions. They were able to grasp so much more of this than I would have expected at their age, and I learned a lot about them and how they think during the process!
making things much easier

This box takes therapy techniques and puts it into really simple words. Some of the lessons focus on common thought traps, which are gone over a lot in cognative-behavioral-therapy, but gives each one an animal to represent it, which makes it really easy to remember.
So many tools and activities!

Each activity in this box helps explain or manage anxiety which I think is great. And within those activities there are a ton of other tips and tricks on how to stay calm and determine if your worried thoughts are warranted, or a bit unhelpful and over exaggerated.

Could never ask for a better product. There are so many items that go with it and it is great! I know I will be getting another one as the kiddos go back to school. There is way more than I could have ever expected with this as well. Love the interactive, screen-free activites.
For kids AND adults!

I got this kit more for me than for my kids. I am super anxious, partially because my mom was so anxious around me when growing up. I am hyper-aware of how my own anxiety might affect my kids now, so I got this as a way to not only give them the tools to ward off anxiety before it becomes an issue, but also as a way to teach my kids about what I feel and why I act the way I do sometimes. It was a perfect way to break the ice!
Great for transitions

This is a perfect kit to get for any kid that is going through something out of their control (new school, parents divorce, grieving etc.). It really helps kids slow down their thoughts and calm their nerves before they get out of hand.
