This flavor (pineapple) just hits different. Doesn't taste salty like the watermelon. (Watermelon still quite good too). Two scoops (with a little extra) is perfect pre-work out and wake up routine before my 5:30 AM workouts.

If you haven't you should definitely check out Optimum Nutrition amino + electrolytes pineapple flavor. I even made smoothies added different kinds of fruits to it.

Tastes just like a Dole Whip from Disneyland. Gave me a great burst of energy to perform my workout and did not feel jittery or crash afterwards! I would totally reccomend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Over the years I've used many brands for suppliments and ON Optimum Nutrition isn't a stranger to me. I currently use their Whey protein powder and their micronized creatine which is amazing stuff. I've also used ON pre-workout which gives me a decent pump. I've used different brands specifically as a preworkout for focus, pump, long lasting. I can't speak for the amino acids or the electrolytes BUT I will say I don't feel the caffeine kick I'm used to in pre-workouts. It recommends 4 scoops for a moderate boost. I feel like 4 scoops is alot considering I normally only take one scoop for other pre-workout suppliments. All in all, I don't think it's optimal as a preworkout BUT it may be good as a muscle recovery/ electrolytes.

When I saw the opportunity to try their Essential Amino Energy campaign I was excited. I found myself often times struggling within the gym to finish out my cardio or reps. The Optimum Nutrition Amino Energy plus Electrolytes had me covered. I enjoyed the taste and the flavor is spot-on. The quality of the ingredients are perfectly blend to get with my needs. I like the amount of servings of amino acid and electrolytes to keep me hydrated which I sweat. I would definitely recommend this product to my friends and family.

If the taste would have been more palatable then I would have given 5 stars. Other then that the product provided great energy. I love how you can adjust the strength depending on energy needed. Compared to other products I found this one among my top 10 list.
