This stuff tastes so good makes you want to drink water all the time. It easily dissolves in your water or any drink and like I said it's delicious. It gives you tons of energy and electrolytes so you feel wonderful after you drink it!

Gives a good boost of energy. Doesn't give me a weird feeling I can't describe that I've rcvd with other pre-workout powders. I use this a few times a week with each workout. Good flavor. I do use a hand mixer, dissolves better that way for me.

I have tried the other flavors but I love this one! I mix two scoops in a big cup and add one packet of the watermelon lemonade sugar free target brand drink mix. And then pour it in a big 32oz cup. It is so good and provides me energy all afternoon.

i HATED the flavor. not really an effective pre workout bc this is my first one and it does nothing. i love how it has amino acids and electrolytes but that the only god thing

This is my go to workout drink. It doesn't make me all jittery or feel gross after either. This makes me feel great and makes me sweat. I don't feel tired after the gym also. It keeps me stable and drinking another later in the day after the gym helps with muscle fatigue

Provides a decent caffeine boost and electrolytes which is great before a workout. I don’t like the artificial watermelon flavor and extreme sweetness which lands somewhere between watermelon candy and cough syrup. I don’t plan on repurchasing.
