It’s been a perfect addition to my work out regiment and I find it to be very helpful as I’m going. Since I’m new to the journey of working out I try to take what feels right to me and I’ve struggled in the past with mixed energy drinks but this one I enjoy!

It doesn’t give me the jitters like other energy drinks so that’s a plus but I don’t feel hydrated at all. If anything, it makes me feel more thirsty than usual.

It has a caffeine to give you an energy boost which is perfect for pre-workout and it has electrolytes that is great to prevent dehydration, when your body has lost lots of fluid through sweat, making it perfect as post-workout drink as well. It dissolves well and not gritty. Great drink for someone who’s active.

It’s easy to mix and not too sweet. When I opened I found that the package is filled with only half of product but the weight is correct, I think it is just a big container for it. It comes with the scoop in it. I did feel more energy after drinking it and no itchy feeling, but I also only consumed half of the portion.

I typically drink gsupps a few days out of the week and tried this in place of that and really liked it, no crash or jitters like some energy powders may cause and no nasty gritty taste, smooth and tastes good and as someone who gets dehydrated from time to time this really helped with that as well , it quenched my thirst which can get difficult if I’m very busy at work . Would definitely rebuy and try other flavors.

I only added one scoop and the flavor it provides in one scoop almost puts all the other flavors in my smoothie completely off the graph. I don't appreciate the after taste it leaves either.
