Flavor wise : This was bad choice. Smells horrible. Please go for any other flavor. Rest everything is excellent and works as usual.

Tastes exactly like banana runts and smells like children's antibiotics. If you love banana runts this is for you. I do not, and it is not.

I have tried many whey brands. I wanted to try this one as I read that a well-known nutritionist uses it. I ordered this one without noticing it has Sucralose. If you want to avoid artificial, harmful sweeteners, dont get this one. Also it has Yellow 5 another chemical. It is quite bitter. It mixes well w/o blender.

I love the taste. I usually add a ripe banana, milk or juice, ice and some Creatine Monohydrate and blend it into a "smoothie" after weight training / strength training.

Positives are low calories, mixes well, tastes good with just water. Negative....the banana flavor is sort of on the level with fake banana candy. Not sure what I expected. But it's pretty okay. I've been drinking these every morning for the past 3 weeks for breakfast and have lost 4 pounds already. I make them into a smoothie with some low cal probiotic yogurt (or greek yogurt), a handful of frozen fruit, 3 oz almond milk and some water and that makes a pretty yummy smoothie. At work since I don't have a blender available, I mix with just water, shake it up, then I will add in a container of yogurt (any flavor works well with the banana shake) and reshake and add ice and it's wonderful. Alot of things you can do with this to make it really yummy. Whey protein is extremely healthy and I highly recommend it.
