I ussed 180 pils botle. From the first days, i fealt energetic, in a non mood changed way, just got beter thats all. My resistence to stress was incrised, and that was the most valuable thng, and that changed my life. I fealt like 19 again. My recovery after heavy duty trainings was at the peak, as that is whay I started using this product, as the one before didnt hapen to be suficient when I rased the intensity and duration of my trainings. I feel more full with the daily needs of nutrienst, I believe thats because it has not only a perfect blend of vitamins and minerals in the ight optimal mesures, but with all the other smaler minerals, and especialy with the 100mg blend of diferent fruits and vegetables, it makes the vitamins being asimilated after being absorbed, so the whole system gets to work, it works like a huge system of enzimes and coenzimes that way, something most of other product on the market simply doesnt have, so you get a suport for every and ecah of the vitamins and minerals in the product to work, as for everyone theres a plant in nature that naturaly has it in it self. And, the chromium and molybden are a special kind of that youl not gona find in other mltis, so that together with an iron free it is posible and it has 1000% of biotin that also all together raises the metabolism to the roof so you get the feeling when you ware 19 old, not like a pensioner ever again! And also has a special sourt of folate and panthenoic acid, so its all about special, when about hese vitamins in this botle. And you get even more, but realy, not only for that price, but this is realy something I cant find in other multis no mater which brand they are, or if they are whole big packadges of nutrienst, optimen still stands the front with these facts, far beyond the others. I realy thank you for this health suplement. My life would never be normal again without it. I feel complete now, and I feel young like I was, full of positivity and huge amount of energy!

These vitamins were easy to swallow. I would say after the 4th day I felt a significant boost in my energy levels. Definitely worth the investment

Not my favorite product was expecting better

This is a great multivitamin that includes a lot of the ingredients I was taking separately. I would recommend this supplement to anyone looking to boost their muscle and strength training performance.

I workout regularly and need to replenish my body with vitamins as much as possible. These vitamins keep me well-energized and active to perform optimally. Also, I like that, unlike other brands I tried, these vitamins don't change the color or smell of my urine (sorry for TMI). Size and smell are on par with my regular GNC brand.

These multi vitamins are comparable to every other multi vitamin on the market. Its hard to tell a difference but they are the easiest to take. For that, they have a step up on the competition.

I received a sample of Optimum Nutrition Opti-Men Multivitamin and it made a great replacement for other vitamins that I would take. I was able to take just this supplement rather than multiple others because of all the good stuff that this has. Highly recommend!

This supplement has a long list of helpful vitamins for those who are not getting enough or want to boost what they do receive. Unfortunately for me, this supplement ended up giving me a stomach ache. I gave it to a friend to try and he had no issues with it. I am glad that I was able to pass them on to someone who could use them, he has had no side effects so I must just have a sensitivity.

These seemed to upset my stomach It may just be a short side effect but nonetheless it discouraged me from wanting to take these anymore I'd recommend it to anyone who doesn't have problems with their stomach

I didn't feel very different, but it's just a multivitamin. Tasted kinda bad. I didn't expect too much. Platinum bright yellow urine was an unwelcome side effect.

Found these vitamins to be a big help in vitamin difficency while intermittent fasting on a 16:8 schedule. Would take in morning before work and it would help from getting sluggish while in my fasting state. No bad side effects or bad after tast.

I've tried lots of different vitamins but this one is different. It has all the essentials I'm looking for with out the fillers. Coming from ON I know it's good quality as well. If you're looking for a well rounded vitamin, this is what you need!

The label on my Optimum Nutrition Multivitamin notes that these pills are "high-potency". I definitely see this first-hand when I go to the restroom, it's very yellow despite all the excessive amounts of water I drink! On a more serious note, I have been feeling very energized and refreshed since taking these pills daily, and it's comforting to know it is supplementing my nutrition if I don't have such a complete, well-balanced diet.

After trying out this product, I have felt a noticeable difference in my energy throughout the day. It is three pressed pills that are somewhat large to swallow. This ingredients are a broad range of high value vitamins. This would be good for bodybuilding

Optimum Nutrition had to reformulate this product to allow it to be sold in a couple states because of a contaminant. I called the company and this was verified. In the process, the product was cheapened, generally decreasing dosages and using cheaper mineral chelates. I would not recommend this product.
