I have been taking Opti Women vitamins over 20 years. I would try other products unsuccessfully and returned happily to Opti Women vitamins!

I've been using these since 2022 and can feel the difference in my energy levels. I even have my Mom taking them too; she also feels a positive difference. They do turn my urine a bright yellow after taking it, but the color lightens throughout the day.

I love this product. As a woman who is petite and yet loves to workout. This is a good source to pack in all of the vitamins. It helps me to have energy and motivation to continue working out. The only negative thing about this product is it will turn your urine bright yellow. I read in reviews it’s due to the excess vitamin B and Riboflavin. Why is there such an excess of that in this product? Is this harmful ?(riboflavin- 1173% of daily value and vitamin B12- 1667%)

However, the bottle claims to online contain natural ingredients, and the inactive ingredients listed are chemical compounds, so I found that to be rather misleading. Also contains soy.
