These seem to be the only affordable tablet form EAAs left out there. I personally prefer tablets over powder so I can just pop them down post workout along with my protein shake and then I don't have to deal with an additional thing to drink like with the powder.

This Amino is probably good for me. However the size of these tablets are gigantic. I broke one in half and tried to swallow it. It got stuck in my throat and I could feel it and keep drinking water for about 5 minutes before I could swallow it. I then put one in a class of water and it took hours to dissolve. The only way I can take them is to crush them to a fine powder and let the particles dissolve for a few hours and them drink it. At least they don't have much taste so they can be taken this way. I guess I couldn't recommend them as they are unless maybe for a horse or cow emino

It works great if you can get it down your throat but, these things are horse pills. I have chocked multiple times due to the size even in haled water because one was so stuck. Please either use less filler if there is some in there and make them smaller and increase the number of pills and daily dosage to match current volume. These are very hard to swallow if I have not been clear enough. The effect once taken is great. I would suggest at least half the size they are now or make them the size of an Excedrin or Tylenol. I can't recommend till size is changed. (See Picture)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given these ON Superior Amino 2222 Tabs to review. I am NOT disappointed. I noticed results within the first 2 weeks of this product arriving. The packaging is super simple to use and states that these tabs are easy to swallow. While I didnt suffer too many issues trying to swallow one whole I do recommend making sure you have enough water in your mouth to coat the product before taking it down. I do feel as though my muscles are developing more but the amount of times you have to take these tabs is a bit much. 4 for a workout and 2 before eating each time came out to be about 10 a day. I ended cutting that dosage in half and still saw results.
