Our products go through many quality checks and we try our very best to make sure that each performs to our high standards. The Oral-B clic features a replaceable brush head, with patented technologies and a high-value, beautifully designed and durable handle made from a unique composite material, largely based on natural minerals. Equipped with the unique CLICfit™ mechanism, people only need to exchange and replace the brush head. After 3 months of normal use, toothbrush bristles can become worn down and lose their original alignment. Toothbrush bristles can also accumulate residue and debris, so we recommend using a fresh brush head every 3 months for general performance and cleanliness. A brush head wearing faster than expected could be caused by brushing too hard -- too much pressure makes the bristles wear faster. Also rinsing a toothbrush under hot water, or soaking it in a solution, will soften the bristles and cause them to wear out more quickly. We're sorry the brush heads were not compatible to your brush. Our Clic manual toothbrush has a unique CLICfit mechanism in which the brush head simply clicks on and off the handle by simply pulling off the old head and pushing on the new brush head. No buttons to release the head. We recommend that the brush head be replaced every 3 months. Prior to each use, ensure the brush head fits well, and discontinue toothbrush use if brush head no longer fits properly.
