A: We're glad to help, as we have a variety of widths for various consumer needs. Our Oral-B Glide Pro-Health Deep Clean floss has a width of 1.92mm. Other flosses of this wider width include our Oral-B Glide Pro-Health Comfort Plus Floss, Oral-B Glide with Scope, Oral-B Glide Bacteria Guard, and Oral-B Glide Advanced Bacteria Defense Floss. Ok first off stop advertising this as “pro health deep clean” as PG clearly is just selling “deep clean” you guys changed your floss to a WILDLY inferior product, and now you’re falsely advertising it as the original pro health floss we all knew and loved. Literally the only floss I would use. This new stuff curls up right when you pull it out, it’s stringier and more slippery, and certainly does not glide; in fact it pops in and out when flossing between teeth. IF you want to make a cheaper, worse product, please at least advertise it as so. Sincerely, once a reliable customer who is now majorly po’d

This used to be a premium product at a premium price. Now it's a terrible product, but the premium price remains. The old floss was like a ribbon of soft silk. This new stuff looks, feels, and acts like long piece of plastic. It is difficult to cut, it shreds easily, and it is difficult to floss with. Many products that I use have changed over time and I get used to it, but this one shocks me with how good this used to be and how bad it is now.

This is apparently the new version of this product and boy it sucks now. The glide aspect of this floss is gone shouldn't be called glide anymore.

After some digging, this floss was likely changed due to the Minnesota ban on PFAS on certain categories of product starting in 2025. Nonetheless, it’s now essentially unusable as many other reviewers have stated. Personally I’d prefer to use the old version and have a tolerable time flossing, while giving companies a bit more time to rework their products to meet the regulations!

Why would they change the texture of floss? It's awful! It's plastic! I will not buy this again until they change it back. Don't bother with the Satin Floss either. Oral B changed that too!

When I tried this floss, my brain instinctively told me to stop. Why is the sensation like some sort of mini, stretchy, unpredictable bungee cord? Why is it so thin and slick, yet it still manages to shred so easily? Why is there no normal floss in stores anymore?

This used to be my favorite floss and they changed it into plastic cheap material. You know it's bad when I am writing a review about floss.. but do not spend your money on this! This product is too expensive to feel like cheap plastic.

I’ve been buying this floss for years and recently ordered a new 2 pack from Target. I’m so disappointed that they changed the floss product. It is like flossing with a cheap piece of plastic. I wish I could return. I would never buy again.
