You definitely need to take the black seed oil with something to disguise the taste as it is VERY strong. I use Manuka honey. It is supposed to be such a beneficial supplement so worth the effort!

I have been using this since October 2024. I had trigger finger in my left thumb and it was really giving me trouble. This problem has gone away and my thumb has recovered full use with no issues. Using this product is the only thing I have done differently during that period.

I purchased this over two months ago for my dog who has a rash on the inside of his thighs. I did not notice any improvement. I also used it for the fungus on my toe and I have not noticed any improvement. I have also used it on my backwhere I break out in hives and it itches I have seen no improvement. The jury is still out.
