Q: Is this mattress 6 inches think or 5 inches thick? The dimensions are listed as 52"L x 28"W x 5"H but in the specifications thickness is listed as 6 inches.

Took off the cover and discovered holes under the mattress cover, have tried to contact customer service for over a month by calling, texting, AND emailing (every option on their website) haven’t heard back from them once.

I received a defective mattress. The matress is not the proper measurements and there is a significant gap. Per attached label/warning, mattress is not to be used and its a safety/suffocating issue. I have left detailed messages phone messages, texts and an email. I have received absolutely zero response from the company. I do not recommend anybody purchase from this company.

Did a lot of research on crib mattresses. Very disappointed that it started sagging after 1.5 weeks use by my (low weight percentile) five month old. The indent was so noticeable that my baby rolled into it if placed to the left or right.

Baby has been sleeping in the crib for about a month and the mattress has started to sag/indent in the middle. This does not seem safe for sleeping and will likely only get worse since it’s already so noticeable after such a short period of use. I’ve also read more about this mattress and learned that the cover is organic cotton but the mattress itself is just regular polyethylene foam. I’m so disappointed and feel like I will need to buy a different mattress, and we are now past the return window. Waste of money.

I mean, it’s a mattress. I have no complaints with it and the price is great for the features (compared to other options like Newton). My baby seemingly has no problems with it. I was looking for: safety, comfort for baby, fits with crib/sheets and a good price and it delivers on all fronts as far as I can tell! A solid mattress with the features I was looking for at an excellent price. No regrets here!

Good quality with no odor. Fit perfect in our crib. Would be nice if there was a tag showing which side was infant and which was toddler but after pressing on both sides for a bit you will fairly easily figure it out.
