Q: What is the warranty? There are reviews that it caves in, which should mean a defect replaceable under warranty as for any mattress.

Very disappointed that after 16 months the middle of the mattress started caving in (purchased April 2023). My toddler is average size, so there is no reason this should be happening after a short period of use. This was not a cheap mattress either. I’m sorry I purchased this again for my currently 9 month old. I will most likely need to be replacing hers in the near future as well.

This seems like a good mattress. I've been using it for my baby for the last few months, and she sleeps well on it. It seems pretty firm. My only complaint is that when it first arrived, it was hard to figure out which side was the firm side meant for babies and which is the softer side meant for toddlers. They feel almost the same. But I think we eventually figured it out.
