I use this bread to make sandwiches with deli meat. It’s not too hard/crunchy and not too soft. It’s very easy to chew. It doesn’t have a bad taste either. It tastes exactly like whole wheat.

Tastes like cardboard! It was awful. It’s also still 28g of carbs. Just not worth it at all.
