Q: How can this state 0 carbs when it is 7! To make a cheese tortilla that would be 14 carbs! That is NOT keto friendly!
A: Agreed with the below individual. Net carbs is calculated by subtracting fiber from the carbs “cancelling it out”. It does not claim it is zero carbs, it claims it is zero net carbs. There is a difference be careful when reading labels.

Q: What is the sodium in one of these tortillas, please?
A: Read it, it gives you all that info you want except the dang size around. They don't tell you that.

Q: I have gone over the ingredients and not sure what makes this product full of fiber.
A: Cellulose gum (from plants) and modified wheat gluten are what adds the fiber.
