A: Oster Customer Service, if you are giving exact dimensions, the word approximately would not proceed the measurements.

Q: How do you turn the toaster function and oven function off? I don't see any button to do that.
A: You usually just have to turn the timer knob back to zero on inexpensive toasters.

Q: It states that it comes with a broiler pan, but it doesn't have a broiling option? I want to broil steaks. Does it do that? Thanks!
A: There is a broil function. It's shown in the pictures AND listed in the description. Why is this "brand expert" making up nonsense answers to multiple questions (especially when it's this easy!)

Instead, you would set the temperature dial to the highest setting, which usually activates only the top heating element, similar to broiling in a standard oven. Q: Does the timer have a TICKING sound?
