A: Fry basket and oven rack are stainless. Crumb tray and baking pan are aluminum. There is nothing in the cooking area that is plastic.

With the digital screen (seems like a nice/modern feature), you need to use the buttons to select the time, temp, cook option (air fry, toast, bake, broil, etc.). The button presses make an extremely loud noise with each touch. I called Gourmia, on this model there is no way to deactivate the button touch noise. Promptly returned and bought the similar black and decker model, which was a little cheaper, and every bit as good.

This is my second digital toaster oven, and I love it! Slightly bigger than most 4-slice (which really means 2 slice). People who complain about the beep must not have had the old toaster ovens that tick the whole time it's cooking! I mainly use for toasting and reheating food (via bake/airfry). Pizza! I just noticed that this one has a reheat function that I'll have to try.

Is this thing perfect? not really. I've used it everyday for a whole year and I haven't had any issues with fires, or burnt food. I use the Air Fry mode on everything, and just adjust the time and temp based on what feels right. I've cooked items straight from the freezer, and they come out fully cooked. I've re-heated food from the fridge. I cover the bottom tray with foil for easy cleaning, I also put foil on the rack to prevent anything from hitting the bottom coil (cover), I cook everything in the basket. the ONLY issue I have with the product is that I can't mute the beeping it makes...but after a year, I've gotten pretty used to it

It is unfortunate to say that I wanted to love this toaster oven so much your work pretty good for the last two months until this evening when I woke up out of my sleep to a burning smell because the toaster oven had turned on on its own. I am grateful that I was able to wake up and catch it before it could lead into a fire. This has seriously caused me a lot of distress. It should be taken off the market completely.

Please believe the negative reviews. I wanted to love this toaster oven becuz it was digital and very sleek looking. Don't let that fool you. It cooks unevenly and burns almost EVERYTHING. Moisture builds up on the door. The air fryer option burned my food. Don't waste your money!

Though been cautious food caught fire one time while air frying Food burnt multiple times in air frying and baking mode Dehydration didn't work Toasting of bread is uneven, back gets more heat, lower portion doesn't become brown, getting crisp toast is impossible Cleaning is a mess and burnt trays are not cleaning. Gives smoke/steam while cooking. Water droplets are formed inside after cooling If I wouldn't have used it, I would have returned it

It's too small and can't fit anything regular sized the advertising is false. They make it seem so big but in reality this is like a adult sized easy bake oven the ones you use when you were a kid! This is just not feasible for cooking anything larger than a 1 person tiny meal. It's good for baking small things like a bagel pizza or some fries. But if you want to make bread cakes and brownies and full size pizza this crap is too small!

Cooks great but after a few weeks, the Cooking Panel has started fogging up with moisture. This can't be good for the Electronic Panel, especially with only a 1 year warranty. I also don't like that the Temp/Timer is set to a certain time. I would of preferred Knobs over Electronic Panel just because the panels malfuntion faster then knobs break. I also don't like that the Temp/Timer is set to a certain time. I called Gourmia & the Rep was kind of rude. He finally admitted that NO, this is not good. Told me they would send another ''after'' giving me instructions on how to disable the fryer. This means I would be without a fryer for a week or two. My oven broke & I cook 2-3 times a week w/the this unit.

DO NOT BUY THIS. IT CATCHES ON FIRE. I would give this zero stars if I could. Couldn't even return because I no longer had the box so I will be buying one that doesn't burn the house down elsewhere. Can't believe they are even allowed to sell this.
