OtterBox ALPHA FLEX Screen Protector for Samsung Galaxy S21+ 5G - Clear

Purchased wrong product. Didn't receive return Info. Didn't realize there was a difference in size between the Galaxy S21 + 5G and the S21 FE since both are 5G capable.

It was easy to put on and get bubbles out. The screen protector is soft so it gets imperfections easy. It has sustained a fall no cracks so theres that.

Great screen protector. I like it much more than the glass ones.

I love my past Otterbox products. Its hard to believe how badly this screen protector installation turned out. I followed the instructions and every detail in the instructional video. The snap-on guide is a really slick idea. It was all good until it was time to peel back and remove the top protective film. It would NOT detach from the screen protector. After 30 minutes of trying I called for a replacement. Once the replacement was confirmed I messed with the bad one a bit... basically destroying it with tweezers to pull back enough of the protective film to see if the two layers would even detach by brute force. No WAY that film was ever going to come off properly. It was stuck pretty much like glue. All I can do is hope the replacement arrives quickly, installs correctly and my unprotected screen doesn't get damaged in the mean time. I will update this review upon receipt of the replacement.

I purchased this product. The aligning tool did not align the Alpha Flex Screen protector to my S21+'s screen. Very disappointed. It also does not allow me to use my fingerprint sensor consistently. This is an Otter FAIL. Seriously consider a different screen protector.

Very protective of phone from dropping and screen damage

I bought this product. Started working on it but the screen protector would not successfully stick to my phone screen. I tried several times but was completely unsuccessful.

This screen protector came loose around the camera notch about 2 days after I put it on the phone, by the end of the week it was so smudged and scratched from every day use that it makes it hard to see my screen.

It was impossible to get the screen protector film to release from the alignment tool. The adhesive holding the film to the alignment tool is far stronger than the adhesive that holds the actual protective film to the phone. It would not release despite multiple attempts. Had to finally pry it free it from the alignment tool with my fingernails. This resulted in warping the film at the top. This protector cost big money from a company I expected more of. I would be willing to take a chance on an unknown after this. It's the worse experience I've had applying a screen protector. I want this replaced for free.

Would not stick to the phone, three times and it would not stick.

I dropped it a lot and though the screen got dented up, a lot, my phone still looks good!

I just got this screen protector and I wish I read the reviews before purchasing. Everything they say is true. The actual protector does not separate from the film and now I have a bubbly m8ess on my screen.

Purchased the protector along with the Commuter Galaxy Otter Box. Despite several tries the protecting film would not separate from the applicator. It turned into a big mess and I tossed it into the trash.

I bought one a bit ago and when it came in with my case tried to apply the protector. The tab to peel away the front plastic to keep it sticky did not work I could not find it and thought it didn't have one. I filed a warranty complaint thinking it was defective so the replacement just came in and it had the same issue I looked extremely careful this time. I was able to apply it as the video and instructions guides you. Only problem is there is no way to get bubbles out, due to the way it was packaged. I do NOT recommend buying this not only due to the price but from functionality.

I bought this 2 weeks ago. The plastic. To cover the glass was cheap very cheap

I love the light weight durable case. It needs a belt clip or a belt holster. I have to carry two phones; work and personal.

I purchased this garbage and it never came off of the sticky portion to the phone.I called and I was sent another one (thank you) which had to be pulled off and then placed onto the phone carefully by hand. Lousy screen protector. Would ne er purchase this protector again

I had trouble getting it on and ruined it. $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ down the tubes.

Screen fit perfectly and was quite easy to install

I bought 2 for two different phones, the first one we tried to put on using the directions and even a video to make sure we were doing it right and the adhesive would not turn loose and ended up throwing it away. The 2nd product is still in the box and I need to return it!!! Don't waste your money on these
