OtterBox Samsung Galaxy S21 5G Alpha Flex Screen Protection - Clear

Purchase two of these for two Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultras. One bubbles up down the right side of the screen. The other was ok until one drop and the screen protector protected itself and not the screen.

Worst screen protector ever and impossible to install without imperfections. A complete waste of my money. The screen protector was very difficult to get off of the template and would not align with my phone properly. Now I have a screen full of bubbles and I can't even use my fingerprint sensor. I have always loved my OtterBox products, this one not so much!

I cannot believe I could not get the protector on my phone. I was determined not to mess it up so I read the instruction carefully , several times. It seemed oh so simple, or so it was supposed to be. I did not consider myself a nincompoop until I was done in by a screen protector. Now my poor phone is unprotected, sorry lil buddy. I thought by spending the extra money and buying a Name I totally trusted all would be well but I indeed was very wrong. I must now go invest in some bubble wrap and therapy. I beg you, do not suffer the same mistake I have.

Otter needs an updated video on YouTube. The old videos do not apply to the new plastic alignment mount.

Thought the whole contraption would help put it on, ended up completely messing it up. Wasnt sticky at all, didnt stick on phone screen, got stuck on all the packaging. Sent it back and just waiting to see if they give me a refund.

So glad to know my phone is protected. Otterbox products are exceptional

I recently bought this product. Installation did not go well. The final peeling off of the strip pulled the protector off. And removal at the ends ripped it. Will never buy again, do not recommend. at all. poor quality design application. might protect screen well, I do not know.

I've always heard good things about Otterbox but never their screen protectors, and now I know why, atleast for this one in specific. The case design for your phone to sit in while you apply the protector is smart and intuitive, but the tab adhesive for the top part of the protector when you go to peel it off was FAR too strong for its own good, and stuck to the screen protector as I tried to peel it off. Came to find out that the adhesive was connected so greatly to the screen protector that it ripped off part of the top of the protector as I tried to take it off, and then it proceeded to peel off the rest of the protector from the phone, well after I had let it set in place. This led me to having to push all the bubbles out again, scratching up the front of my screen protector. This was not worth the money at all in my opinion and I'm very frustrated that I bought this thinking it would be a good product.

just received the screen protector,watched the video followed the instructions to the T. Protector would not release from the backing, same as the other reviews I just read. Will not order another one. Need a refund

Bought this today for my new S21, and fought for a good 15 minutes to get it to work. I followed rhe instructions, and there was no "tab 2" anywhere. I went online and watched a video. When all was said and done, tge screen protector wouldn't adhere to the phone, and was STUCK on the applicator. I finally gave up, and attempted to pry the screen protector off the applicator with my nails and tweezers, and it was just about impossible. I ripped the ACTUAL protector, and almost broke a nail, and STILL couldn't get it off!

This is the worst protector ever by the time you get the this separated it’s useless

I bought the first and it was junk. I bought another assuming the problem was me. Same issues. I love Otterbox cases. I have given up on this flex screen product. The removable backing will not properly pull away from the flexible screen material. When you get them separated after all the stretching and pulling, the screen material is stretched out of shape. Very disappointing.

Case is fine but this, no matter what I did it bubbled. I just threw it away

I followed the video instructions to a T, but there were bubbles that I couldn't get ride of, I went to try again but in lifting up the screen protector gently it ripped!

After more than an hour, I was so frustrated, I threw it away

The Lady and I got new phones. First attempt I followed the directions that came with it and the protector did not separate. I thought that it was user error. The second attempt, I followed the directions from the video and that resulted in the same outcome as the first. They need to pull this from the market and send this uncooked piece of meat back to the kitchen because the failure rate of this product is unacceptable.

I had no trouble putting the protector on my phone.

I like the soft feel. No restrictions on touch sensitivity. Fits the screen area well and compliments my Commuter Case. It comes with a positioning cell attachment.....but of course I installed the Flex screen upside-down. Had it not been for that, I would have been very very happy. After pulling off and reinstalling I had a few air bubbles and the corners lifting ever so slightly (MY FAULT). Other than my complete incompetence this will do perfectly.

Followed the instructions exactly but screen protector would not stick to the phone. When I went to pull of the top protective film it pulled the screen protector with it. Thought I got a bad one by mistake so requested another through the warranty. Second one did the same thing. Wouldn't stick to the phone and trying to remove the protective layer resulted in the protective screen breaking before the film would be removed. Don't waste your money and go look for a different type of screen protector.

Received product to find that the screen saving was nkt useable.
