Yes, the Defender Pro features a hard plastic inner shell and then a rubber outer shell, along with the belt clip holster accessory!

Hello! We are so sorry for any confusion. For the iPhone 12/12 Pro the Defender Pro Series case is wireless charging compatible, but does not feature MagSafe. The Defender XT Series case has the rugged protection of the Defender Series and also features MagSafe.

Fits well. It makes the phone bigger and bulkier, but worth the protection against my frequent dropping of the phone. I modified a car dash mount so the case clips on it - easy to put in and take out of the dash mount.

The product did not fit the phone. The feedback options on the website did not offer that feedback just that "changed your mind". Not an appropriate option as suggests I made a mistake when in fact the phone case did not fit the cell phone as advertised.

This is the second case that I have purchased for this I-phone. The only issue was with the rubberized outer portion. I really put these to the test...I am tough on them. Otherwise really happy with all the OtterBox products I have owned over the years. When I get a new phone...I get an OtterBox Case immediately.

This case did a AMAZING job, normally i think im a average phone damager but today i left my phone on the top of my car and then realized when it fell off while i was going 45mph, i was thinking it broke for sure, but the phone had NO DAMAGE and minimal case damage, just a few chips and a lot of road burn

I’ve used the defender series for years. They usually last me 2 -3 years or until I get a new phone. This one seems a bit thinner but it’s also easier to hold. I don’t use the holster but I like it can be a kickstand. I wish target carried more colors. Black is harder to locate should I drop it off the nightstand or in the car. I also use a separate glass screen protector.

Does not fit snuggly around phone despite being the correct make and model for this case. It does not connect right and is loose around the top of the phone
