Was so excited when I found these in store. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to use this for even a whole month before the clasp in the back for the pop socket broke. Aside from that, I purchased the pink case & was constantly having to be cleaning my case because the material it is made from seems like it would attract dirt or color stains from any clothing, purse, pocket, etc. Unfortunately I missed the return window to be able to return or even replace. Very disappointed, especially since it was more expensive than other case options available but I figured since it was from Otterbox it would be more protective and last longer.

Thanks to this case I get both. The grip is a bit different then I'm used to. Though it is very manageable and I am very happy with it.

Case scratched immediately. Not a good print on the case. I also do not like the built in strap pop up holder in the back. The strap is flimsy and the phone won’t stand on its side. Overall a low quality product.

Great Idea , but the straps attached to the grip bend & crease easily. Once the strap gets crimped it’s very difficult to retract.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In general, this case is exactly what I had hoped for and wanted in a case. It has a simple design, looks sleek, protects my phone from drops, and has a built in holder in the back that hides away perfectly. That being said, this case is quite slippery and wish it had a little more of a grippy-ness to it. Also the slot in the back is a bit flimsy and has already detached once, and sometimes feels a bit too large for petite hands. The back grip also is not sturdy enough to stand up the phone on the side to watch videos, which is a bit of a bummer. You are definitely on the right track with this one, OtterBox - but would love to see/would be very happy to use a slightly improved version!

I’m loving the case as I always buy OtterBox cases. The Blue Storm Symmetry looks great and feel good in the hand. I saw in a YouTube video that you are coming out with interchangeable buttons but I haven’t seen them on your site. Is there any ETA on when these buttons will be able to be purchased?

I loved this idea and the use of it at first....now the socket part is struggling to go back in flat....I am a avid pop socket or loopy case fan for the holding part but love the wireless charging idea. Doesn't work if the socket won't go back in

I love the color, texture, & low-profile fit of this case, but I absolutely hate the loop. It felt janky, misshapen, & unstable after just a couple days of use. I took it off & went back to my old case with a pop socket. Disappointing, at the price of these cases.

I got the blush color. After a few days the color was ruined already as you use It on a normal basis (putting it in your pocket and or bag). Not worth the price you pay.

This case is amazing! My last case was a Spigen MagArmor that I liked, but I needed a MagSafe PopSocket to be able to grip my phone properly which made the whole package larger than I wanted it to be. This case has the retractable grip built in and it’s still MagSafe compatible so I can charge without removing my PopSocket, or I can add my PopSocket MagSafe wallet whenever I need it and I’m good to go. I do wish they made the case in some cuter patterns and colors because I want to convince my wife to switch to this case as well, but she won’t give up her CaseMate Rifle Paper Company case until she can find something of equal or greater cuteness.
