I love this iPhone case. I ordered the greenish case but they sent me like a dark gray, and I love it!

OtterBox Defender cases are always great. USB-C port has dirt and dust protection. And the clear option embraces the design of your device. It’s also thin, stylish, and doesn’t add too much bulk. I appreciate the MagSafe compatibility. However the wide open area for the Camera Control on iPhone can be seen as undesirable. It’s completely open for potential damage. An integrated conductive touch layer in this case would have been much better especially for this price. Much like how Apple has done for their 1st party cases.

Hard to access charging port. Hate the 2 piece assembly.

Sturdy case. My phone is still intact (and I am known for frequently dropping it).

I'e been an Otter user for as long as I can remember. This case is well thought out and does great at letting you use your device while still providing actual protection for it.

I am very happy with my iPhone Pro Max Defender case. I’ve seen some complaints in other reviews about it getting scratches in it, however I have not seen any scratches on the back of my case. I have the floral pattern that is actually a periwinkle color more than blue. Since periwinkle is my favorite color it was perfect. I thought the cut out for the camera would be a problem but it has not been. You have to press the camera button for the camera to come on, so you are not going to do it by accident in my opinion. This is a very nice case and has been perfect for me. I have put OtterBox cases on every iPhone I have ever owned and will continue to do so.

I was looking for a case that didn’t hide my new IPhone. The Defender series is perfect!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This case is beautiful and sturdy, though installing it was a bit of a hassle, especially when removing and reattaching the black lid that serves as extra protection. Tucking each corner in was challenging. I love that the case feels solid and durable, with thoughtful features like the charging port cover. The grippy edges provide excellent handling. However, I wish the design included protection for the “camera” button on the right side. The volume and lock buttons are also quite stiff and hard to press. While I appreciate the added protection, my phone feels noticeably heavier now. The case measures 3.5 inches wide from the left to the right edge. So to reach top left corner with your right thumb would feel challenging. Overall, it’s a great case with a few minor drawbacks.

The Defender Series Pro XT Case with Magsafe is a nicely designed, robust case that was easy to install onto my iPhone 16 Pro Max; the case is fairly low profile and does not add too much bulk to my phone overall. All of the my phone's function buttons work with the case installed and the clear back is a thoughtful design consideration to allow appreciation of my phone's distinct color. The MagSafe maintains a solid mount on my various chargers and the charging/data port dust cover offers excellent protection too.

Great case and no more boring one color fits all scenario- mine has flowers.

Great case sturdy but not that bulky and well designed

I bought this OtterBox case for my new iPhone 16 Pro Max. It’s a nice secure case, but it is really large and won’t fit in any of the holders that I have in my car. But beyond that it is perfectly fine.

I always protect my phones with Otterbox. I think the best protection you can get. I like THIS case because it is see through instead of all black. Nice! My only complaint is that I feel like the case was a slightly more hard material than it used to be. I did get used to it though. But at first it was slightly uncomfortable. Otherwise I would have given it 5 starts easily.
