OtterBox DEFENDER SERIES case for Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ - Purple Nebula (77-62314)

My 3 year old Otter box fell apart, so I had to buy a defender, a little to bulky for my liking, but then my 3 year old phone is almost scratch free and works great because it had an Otter box before. Compared to other products, I would only buy a higher quality protective cover, to protect an invaluable asset. When this phones dies, the next one will have guess what, another otter box covering it!

The charger port seal broke off in a day. It is NOT waterproof, and if liquid from dropping near snow or a coffee/desk accident happens, you will need to pull the whole thing apart and dry immediately, not forgetting your charging port is likely already exposed. If it drops, you will crack the inner plastic liner and the whole case will be on a downhill spiral. If you are careful when the case starts cracking, you may get an additional month, but best to be ordering a new one. With the prices on an ugly black case, I'm not buying here, I am a die hard Otterbox, and put everything in them, but this case is my last buy. I think r=this should be a one time purchase, not a once a month, and quality has clearly left the building.

Otter box cases is on all of my hand held devices, I will not use any other cases or means of protection, Otter box cases has protected all of my phones from day one.

Really like Otterbox, but I have Arthritec hands and the buttons on side are very hard to push.

While the title seems bad at first, I would like to say that I am the clumsiest person I know. I've destroyed tablets, screens, and more. I honestly thought that my phone was going to meet the same fate, but the case made it absolute trooper for two years! I've dropped the thing from the top of a staircase, screen-first on cement, had my baby nephew throw it at the wall, dropped it on steep trails, and had it fall out of my hoodie pouch more times than I can count. The only dent I have on my phone is from dropping it AFTER ruining the otter box's corner. My screen is still flawless! I could go on and on about how many times this product has saved my phone, but I do want to point out what you're trading for for this amount of protection. My phone, much to the amusement of my friends, looks like a brick with the case on it. It's basically impossible to fit comfortably in my (woman's) pants' pockets, so I'm always carrying it around my bag. And disassembling the case for regular phone cleaning is a bit tedious since the plastic frame (? is that what's called?) didn't always snap back into place easily. You also give up a bit of personality when you get this case, since it only comes in one color, and it makes it harder to find if the screen is face-down. But, all in all, this was the best phone case I've ever gotten as it's probably saved me a good grand by now. I will be trying to get my hands on a replacement ASAP. I love my otter box!

Why is this been discontinued, I like the gone fishing combination. Black is boring why companies always get rid of the good stuff, I need another one cause mine broke this is pretty lame. I have always stuck with Otterbox for peace of mind now I'll have to find something else.

Not the protection I was expecting. I was hoping for waterproof protection, but it was not offered.

We have replaced this case 3-4 times in less than 1 yr due to the bottom right edge breaking. The same exact spot on every case so far. The last replacement didn't even last 1 week.

One of the best cases of ever used! It's comfortable light and not as bulky as I thought it would be. Looks really good better in person than in the pics. The only problem I have is its gripyness makes it hard to take out and put in my pockets. But everything else is amazing about it

For the past ten years and 7 phones, I have always put my smart phones innan otterbox. I've even had a phone fall out of a moving vehicle at 25MPH and survive. And you back the product by a great warranty (only had to use once).

If you're looking for a case to protect your investment, than this is certainly it! I specifically ordered this one without the plastic screen protector which I've found can be irritating. This case does add a significant amount of bulk to your phone so if that's a concern then I would try the Otterbox Commuter. My previous case was the Commuter for its slimmer and less bulky design. My phone was dropped and ran over by a car with the Commuter case and nothing got broken on my phone.

Needed a replacement hip holster for Samsung galaxy note. The one sent did not match the original one purchased with phone. That one swiveled. This one did not. Nor does it hold phone correctly. This was ordered using a representatives assistance. Unfortunately had to buy the complete system as holster.not sold separately. Cost al9t for it not to be what was anticipated.

I have owned and used otter box cases for every phone I have had, the warranty, the workmanship...second to none. I have even used the warranty to replace a case, it was easy and with confidence.

I'm satisfied with otterbox overall! I'm disappointed that I had to purchase the phone cover and holster as a set! I had to spend more money than what I should have spent. This was for my Galaxy S10 plus phone. I only needed the belt holster for the phone. Very disappointing

works and fits my galaxy note 10 perfect. would love to see screen savers made of the same quality
