The charger works fairly quickly, even while the iPhone is in use. It glows from within to let you know it is getting power from your car. Dual USB ports mean my wife and I can both charge up at the same time.

Best investment you can make for an IPhone.. I’m extremely hard on my phone and my past Otterbox protected it through a tremendous amount of handling. I use square through my IPhone, it gets handled and dropped often.. 3 years no cracks, scraps or breaks. Thanks Otterbox for making a quality product!

I purchased the 2 port car charger and a 3 meter USB-A TO USB-C cable for my new Samsung Galaxy S9+ to be able to charge the phone while on the road. It works great. I also have a portable power supply that I can charge my phones/tablets when I am not I a vehicle. I do genealogy research, and travel to see my grown children and my grandchildren, they come in real handy when traveling with the Gkids.

i work in the construction industry this case is perfect for it . Screen and entire phone is protected from screwdrivers screws etc in my pockets where past phone screens have been shattered in my pocket . Would not recomend for somebody who works in an office because it adds alot of weigh to the phone and bulks it up .
