This clarifying shampoo deeply cleanses away dirt, oil and product buildup with apple cider vinegar while keratin helps strengthen hair.

How To Use:
•Use DETOX SHAMPOO whenever a deeper cleanse is needed.
•Thoroughly wet hair from roots to ends with lukewarm water. Squeeze out excess moisture.
•Lather a quarter size amount in hands.
•Part hair using fingers and apply as close to the scalp as possible.
•Let sit for 1 to 3 minutes.
•Rinse. Squeeze out excess moisture before applying conditioner.
•Rinse with cold water to close the hair cuticle and add shine.
Scented with Melrose Place – a velvety-rich rose scent infused with a swoon-worthy blend of bergamot, lychee, white musk, champagne and more.

Definitely not a daily shampoo; consider it a treatment! It does what it says and it's great to have on hand when you're feeling exceptionally oily. I use it once a week. I prefer the smell of this shampoo to the others. It's more innocuous, in my opinion! The one thing that had been contemplating returning this however was the bottle. I bought three Ouai hair cleansing/conditioning products recently and for some reason they're all so hard to open! Especially in the shower when your hands are wet. I've used Ouai before and while the caps aren't the best, they weren't this difficult to press open. Also, you have to leave them upside down so it's easier to get product out next time without shaking the bottle and hard-squeezing. These would not be arthritis friendly! I've taken to unscrewing the cap which is not really ideal.

I got a travel size for my birthday and it has helped calm my scalp when the psoriasis/dandruff is out of control. A small amount creates a pretty good lather. I also wash my hair with regular shampoo before using this to clear most of the oil and dirt so that this shampoo can get direct contact to my scalp. Definitely will have to buy a bottle when my travel sample is out
